There are times you change your desktop background and it refuses to change. To solve this, follow this steps:
1) Open 'My Computer'.
2) In the address bar, where you have 'Computer',
3)Click on you local disk>Users>You user name (i.e the name of your pc),
3)Select the address bar and then move your muse to the end of that username, like you want to type something after that.
4)Copy and paste this '\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes'
5)When you get here, You will see the background picture that got stuck as 'Transconded wallpapaer'.
6)Change the name of that wallpaper to 'Transconded wallpeper.old'
7)This should solve it, go back to my properties, click on your desired theme and voila the bg changes.
N.T: When you open my computer, you can select the address bar cancel all you have there and paste this:'C:\Users\P.OLOLADE\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes'....
In this case the name of my pc is P.OLOLADE, be sure to change that to your pc name.
